Fixes and Stability Updates:

  • Attendance Approvals by System: You can now edit or update attendance blocks even when the approving manager is listed as a system account.

  • Meal Exception Accuracy: Fixed an issue where meal penalties were being triggered by records without clock in or clock out times, such as entries for tip payouts.

  • Duplicate Location Records: Eliminated the creation of extra location records when hiring applicants who already exist in the system.

New Features and Improvements:

  • API Form Integration: Added options to securely pull I-9, W-4, and direct deposit form data through the API, streamlining onboarding.

  • Improved Shift Differential Tracking: Now tracks regular, overtime, and double-overtime hours separately when shift differentials apply, allowing for more accurate payroll and reporting.

  • Privacy-Focused Schedule Reports: Introduced a schedule report that removes employee phone numbers to better protect staff privacy on printed and shared schedules.

  • Tip Payout Page Improvements: Enhanced the tip payout page for easier bulk editing, required date selection, and clear user messages.

  • Single-Day Labor Thresholds: You can now set up labor percentages and sales thresholds on a per-day basis for greater flexibility.

Fixes and Stability Updates:

  • Fingerprint Data Protection: Ensured that updates to employee profiles do not accidentally delete fingerprint records tied to time clocks.

  • Process Request Visibility: Made the "all requests" option available as an optional setting on the process request page, so more employee requests can be viewed together where enabled.

  • Pay Rate Notification Accuracy: Resolved issues with pay rate change notifications to prevent repeated alerts when syncing data with other systems.

  • Manager Log Report Reliability: Improved filters and display in the manager log report so all relevant entries appear for management review.

  • CRM Bulk Update Support: Enhanced the ability to bulk update and filter leads and opportunities to prepare for upcoming migrations and data clean-up.

New Features and Improvements:

  • Store Walk Widget Update: The Store Walk widget has been significantly improved to ensure it accurately displays all relevant data and events for users in a more intuitive format.

  • New API Capabilities: A new API has been introduced that allows for deeper integration with the Buyer's Edge platform and My Workplace.

  • Location-Based Attestations: Attestation functionality has been enhanced to allow location-specific questions on the time clock.

  • Employee Data Synchronization: The update employee endpoint has been improved to ensure that multi-location employees have consistent name and email information across all profiles.

  • Time Clock Stability Improvements: Timeout settings for the employee synchronization process have been increased to enhance stability and prevent data loss during updates.

New Features and Improvements:

  • Attestation Functionality: Employees can now confirm their clock-in, clock-out, and break times at the timeclock, which helps ensure compliance with labor law requirements.

  • Enhanced Tips Support: The Earned user interface has been updated to allow for better management of tips without needing to access earned wages, making it easier to handle tip transactions.

  • ECRS API Integration: We have updated our integration with ECRS to meet new API requirements, which enhances the stability and reliability of data exchanges between systems.

  • Tip Payout Access for Supervisors: Supervisors now have access to the tip payout page, enabling them to manage tip distributions more effectively.

  • Survey Website Creation for Administrators: Administrators can now create new customer websites for administering surveys, which allows for better branding and customization options.

New Features:

  • Employee SMS Integration with AppCard: We have implemented a new feature that allows for the daily transfer of employee SMS data to AppCard. This integration will streamline communication and enhance employee engagement.

  • Ctuit R365 Radar Labor Flat File Integration: Our system now supports the daily transfer of the past 21 days of employee punches to Ctuit's Radar platform. This integration will help improve labor management and reporting.

  • New Paylocity Export: This new export feature allows for more flexible payroll configurations, making it easier to adapt to various payroll processing needs.

  • Attendance on Demand Integration: We are now enabling the integration with Attendance on Demand, allowing for seamless data exchange related to scheduling and attendance. This feature will enhance the efficiency of managing employee schedules and attendance records.

New Features:

  • Weather-Based Forecasting: Forecasting models now include weather data to help account for major events that may impact sales.
  • New Forecasting Regressors: Additional regressors, such as school sessions and local events, allow for more tailored and accurate predictions.
  • Expanded API Endpoints: New API endpoints now provide detailed employee information, making integrations more powerful and efficient.

  • Forecasting Accuracy Improvements: Updated algorithms provide more reliable daily forecasts to support better planning.
  • Employee Management Updates: You can now view and edit employee documents even after termination, making profile management more flexible.
  • Platform Performance Enhancements: General performance improvements across the TimeForge platform for faster, more reliable use.
  • Integration Updates: Improved syncing and accuracy for sales data pulled from Brink and Toast.

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Tips and Rewards System Enhancements: Significant updates to tip payouts and rewards workflows, including a new API for easier integration and management.
  • Redesigned Tip Payout Interface: Improved usability with better sorting and a new date picker for faster navigation.

Release Version 2502 | February

New Features:

  • New tip payouts screen that allows managers to submit tips and other types of payouts (such as rewards and incentives) to Earned, where they can be instantly accessed by employees. This means that foodservice businesses can easily pay out credit card tips without needing to keep large amounts of cash on hand.

Improvements and Fixes:

  • Added support for approved leave to all views in Manage Attendance.
  • Added new types of information, such as marital status, that can be ingested by our integrations, reducing the need for manual data entry between systems.
  • Fixed image clipping occurring on login page.
  • Fixes and enhancements for employee attestations.
  • Other issue fixes for attendance data and duplicate attendance checks.

Release Version 2501 | January

New Features:

  • We added a new report that shows the most recent time a user logged into the website or mobile app within a given date range.
  • We added a Proliant payroll export.
  • We added a new report, NorthStar Tip Distribution, displays tip information sent to TimeForge from CBS NorthStar.

Improvements and Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue that could have enabled unauthorized users to delete job postings.
  • Added support for a Gratuities file and Tips file to the ExponentHR payroll export.
  • Improved report 1040 to include the worked position for better reporting.
  • Added Pay Rules to the Heartland Position, Paylocity, ExponentHR, Paycor, and Proliant payroll exports. In addition, these exports can no longer be run if there are errors in the pay file, such as missing payroll IDs.
  • Improved our payroll export system to make it easier to support new and future pay codes.
  • Improved the Paycor integration to support effective pay rates dates.
